Experience in Video Conferencing. 
Flexible for rotational shifts. 
Email troubleshooting. 
Basic networking knowledge. 
Troubleshooting and Configuring Outlook. 
Experience with any of the ticketing tools. 
Desktop troubleshooting experience. 
Hands-on experience on DHCP and DNS at client side.
